Accessibility statement

The standard Globyx is built to, what it offers to make reading easier, where it still falls short, and how to tell us.

Last updated Oct 1, 2026

This policy is a draft pending legal review. It describes what Globyx does today; its legal terms may change once IMPACTIFI's lawyers have reviewed it.

IMPACTIFI wants everyone who runs a company to be able to use Globyx, whatever the way they read, see, hear or move.

The standard

Globyx is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Every page is measured for colour contrast in each theme it offers, works at 390 pixels wide without scrolling sideways, can be used with a keyboard alone, and names its controls for screen readers.

What helps

  • Light and dark, chosen on any public page or in Account > Appearance, and remembered.
  • Reading options on the public pages, from the button at the bottom left: larger text, pause motion, underlined links and higher contrast, applied at once and remembered.
  • Motion that never carries meaning: every animation settles at once if your system asks for reduced motion or you pause it, and the page is complete without it.
  • Charts with their figures: every chart has a table under "See the figures".
  • Answers saved as you give them in the intake, so you can stop and come back without losing anything.

Where it falls short

  • The reading options are on the public pages; inside your workspace, your browser's zoom and your system's settings do the same work.
  • Uploaded documents are shown as their files; a PDF is only as accessible as the file you upload.
  • Videos in Learning come from YouTube or Vimeo, with the captions their authors provide.

Tell us

If something in Globyx is hard to use, write to user1@demo1.bizmasoft.com and say what you tried. IMPACTIFI answers within [a stated period], and fixes what is in its power.
