Terms of use

These terms are between you and IMPACTIFI ([IMPACTIFI's legal name, address and registration]), which builds and runs Globyx.

What Globyx is

Globyx classifies and routes non-U.S. companies entering the U.S. market. It reads your intake, scores your readiness, places your company on five levels, names what is blocking the next one, and offers the program that fixes it. IMPACTIFI works with you through each level.

What Globyx is not

Your readiness profile, your score and every recommendation are an assessment from the answers you gave, not legal, tax, investment or immigration advice. Decisions about your company are yours. A level, a verdict or a review is IMPACTIFI's judgement at the time it is made.

Your account

• Give true answers. Your profile is only as good as what it is built from.
• Keep your password to yourself. What is done with your account is your responsibility.
• Use Globyx for your own company only.

Your content

The answers, documents and images you provide stay yours. You allow IMPACTIFI to store them and use them to work with your company, as the Privacy policy says.

Programs and payments

Being on the journey comes with the Globyx membership, $25 a month unless the price shown when you activate it says otherwise. You pay it on Zoho Billing's secure page, never inside Globyx, and it renews each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the month you paid for stays yours. You can cancel from the link in Account when IMPACTIFI has set one up, or by writing to user1@demo1.bizmasoft.com.

While your membership is not active, your journey waits: IMPACTIFI's steps with you pause, and nothing you have done is lost. It continues where it was as soon as the membership is active again.

Programs are agreed with IMPACTIFI. Nothing else is charged inside Globyx; when it is, the price and how to pay are shown before you commit.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Account. IMPACTIFI can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and tells you why.

Changes

When these terms change, their date above changes, and if the change matters to you, Globyx tells you in the bell before it applies.
