What Globyx stores about you and your company, why, who sees it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

Last updated Oct 6, 2026

This policy is a draft pending legal review. It describes what Globyx does today; its legal terms may change once IMPACTIFI's lawyers have reviewed it.

Globyx is the U.S. Market Readiness & Expansion Platform, built and run by IMPACTIFI ([IMPACTIFI's legal name, address and registration]). This policy says what Globyx stores when you use it, and nothing it does not.

What Globyx stores

  • Your account: your name, your e-mail address, a protected copy of your password (never the password itself), whether you verified your e-mail, your role, and when you last signed in.
  • Your company's readiness profile: the answers you give in the intake, the sections you skipped, your score, your readiness and risk bands, the blockers and gaps found, and the verdict that follows.
  • Your journey: your level, the steps open with IMPACTIFI, and every move on the five levels, with who recorded it and when.
  • Your documents: the pitch deck and financials you upload, and the reviews IMPACTIFI's analysts write about them.
  • Your requests and your learning: the programs you request and where each stands, and the lessons you mark as done.
  • Images: your company's logo or your photo, if you upload one.
  • Messages to you: the notifications Globyx sends, in the bell and by e-mail, and the support messages you send.
  • Your membership: whether your $25 membership is active and until when, and the references Zoho Billing gives your customer record and your subscription. Never your card or how you paid.
  • Questions to the assistant: the questions you ask the assistant, its answers, the screen you asked them on, and what each answer cost to write. A suggested question that does not depend on your company keeps one answer that every company reads.
  • Your session: while you are signed in, the address your browser connects from and the name of your browser, kept with your session.

Why

To build your readiness profile, place your company on the journey, show you what is blocking the next level and the program that fixes it, and let IMPACTIFI's team work with you. Globyx does not sell your data, does not show advertising, and does not track you across other sites.

Who sees it

  • You, and anyone you share your account with.
  • IMPACTIFI's team, each by their role: analysts and administrators work with your profile, documents and journey; executives read them. Only an administrator manages roles.
  • Service providers that run Globyx for IMPACTIFI: [the hosting provider], [the e-mail provider], and Bunny Fonts, which serves the typefaces. They act on IMPACTIFI's instructions only.
  • Zoho Billing, with Stripe, which takes the membership's payment on its own secure page: you give your card to them, never to Globyx. Globyx sends Zoho your name and e-mail to create your customer record, and asks Zoho whether your membership is active.
  • The assistant's AI provider, OpenAI, which writes the assistant's answers. When you ask a question, it receives the question, the help article of the screen you are on, and the few facts that screen shows you, such as your level, your score, your blockers or a review's score. It never receives a document, your intake answers, or another company's data, and Globyx asks it not to store what it receives.

How long it is kept

For as long as your account exists, and then for as long as the law requires IMPACTIFI to keep records of its work with your company. A session ends two hours after your last action, and its record goes with it. Your questions to the assistant and the record of your membership go when your account does; Zoho Billing keeps its own invoices and receipts under its own policy.

Your choices

  • See and correct your account details in Account, and turn off the emails about new grants or new events there (the bell keeps telling you), or the monthly member newsletter. Every newsletter also carries a link that stops it, without signing in.
  • Delete your account from Account. To have your company's records removed as well, write to user1@demo1.bizmasoft.com.
  • Ask what Globyx stores about you, or have it corrected or removed, by writing to user1@demo1.bizmasoft.com. You will have an answer within [the legal period].

Changes

When this policy changes, its date above changes, and if the change matters to you, Globyx tells you in the bell.
